ZoeCare is a health coordination and record-keeping tool. It is NOT a medical service and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using ZoeCare, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including caregivers, family members, and anyone accessing the QR Health Passport.

2. Description of Service

ZoeCare provides: - Family health record management - Medicine schedule tracking and reminders - Prescription and health document storage - QR Health Passport for sharing health information with doctors - Emergency Health Card generation - Multi-caregiver collaboration tools ZoeCare is a tool to organise health information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: - Providing accurate health information - Keeping your account credentials secure - Obtaining consent before adding another person's health data - Ensuring family members (especially minors) have appropriate consent given - Using the service only for lawful purposes - Not sharing your account with unauthorised persons

4. Health Information Disclaimer

ZoeCare stores health information as provided by you. We: - Do not verify the accuracy of health information entered - Do not provide medical advice or recommendations - Are not responsible for medical decisions made based on information stored in ZoeCare - Are not a substitute for professional medical consultation Always verify medicine dosages and schedules with a qualified doctor or pharmacist.

5. QR Health Passport

The QR Health Passport makes selected health information accessible to anyone who scans the QR code. By enabling the QR Passport: - You consent to the selected health information being publicly accessible via the QR link - You are responsible for controlling who has access to the physical QR code - You can revoke access at any time by rotating the QR token in settings - ZoeCare is not responsible for unauthorised scans of physical QR codes

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ZoeCare is also governed by our Privacy Policy (zoecare.in/privacy). Key points: - We do not sell your health data - You retain ownership of all health data you enter - You can request deletion of your data at any time - We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion: - Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days - Health records will be permanently removed - Your QR Health Passport will become inaccessible immediately We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - ZoeCare is provided "as is" without warranties - We are not liable for any medical decisions made using information from ZoeCare - We are not liable for missed medicine reminders due to technical issues - Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (currently zero for free tier users) This does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of ZoeCare after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. For questions about these terms, contact us at legal@zoecare.in
